HOW DO I ORDER Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on the items you wish to purchase and put them into your shopping cart by clicking  . After you have finished your selection, click on  and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
We accept PayPal through the website or Direct Bank Deposit payments. We also accept Australian bank cheques and money orders by mail. Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct credit to our bank account. The system allows you to print out your order for mailing if you wish to post a payment with your order. All payments MUST be in Australian currency.

Delivery Information If the product is in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. At our busy times this may take a little longer but you will be notified in advance and we promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified by e-mail and the value of the goods refunded to you.
What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?
We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. However, if there is an unexpected shortage of a particular product we will email you immediately and let you know.
If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will contact you immediately so you may revise your order.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are dispatched within two business days from when you place your order. All customers will receive a courtesy email when their order has been dispatched.

Do your prices include GST? Yes, all prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation email.

Delivery charges within Australia are as follows:
- Under $50 = $11
- $50 to $150 = $22
- $151 to $250 = $33
- $251 to $500 = $44
- Over $500 = FREE
Outside Australia
To minimise the freight costs, charges will be calculated on the weight of the order. We will advise you by email of the freight cost and await your confirmation prior to further processing. TOP
